Exchange and Return

We want to make the return and exchange process as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange.

1. Contact us Beautimont@gmail.com with your return request.
Please clearly state the reason for the return and include your order details.
Note: We work with value codes for returns, unless the product needs to be sent back to our warehouse in Asia.

2. Return to our warehouse in Asia
If the product needs to be returned to our warehouse in Asia, we will send you the necessary return address and instructions.
Make sure to pack the item properly and keep the shipping receipt for your own records.

3. Value codes for returns
If the product qualifies for a value code instead of a physical return, we will send you a value code that you can use on your next purchase.

Important information:

• Returns are only processed after we have received the product (unless a value code has been issued).

• The product must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
